Local In-store Pickup and Delivery

When do I need to pick up my items marked for local in-store pickup?

For local in-store pickup, we require pickup to be completed within one (1) week of purchase. If you choose this selection at checkout, please ensure you are able to pickup within this time frame. We are a small shop with very limited storage for purchased pieces, and a timely you pick up allows us to continue to add wonderful pieces to the shop!

For local in-store pickup, you can visit us during our normal days and hours (Thursday and Friday, 12-5, and Saturday, 11-4). If those days and hours do not align with your availability, please email us at levity@levityinteriors.com to schedule a day and time for pickup.

Local in-store pickup is at our storefront, located at 4215 Saint Johns Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32210. We are in the wonderful Fairfax neighborhood and encourage you to make a day out of visiting us and surrounding small businesses!

Does Levity Interiors offer local delivery for furniture and other items that I am not able to transport myself?

Yes, Levity Interiors is pleased to offer the delivery of furniture and other large items. Please email levity@levityinteriors.com for a custom delivery quote for the Jacksonville, FL and surrounding areas.

Shipping

How are items shipped, and what is the timeframe for shipping?

All items shipped through UPS or USPS via Levity Interiors are fully insured and carefully packaged to ensure a safe arrival. We ship within 7-10 business days from Jacksonville, FL. After shipment, delivery times will vary based on location.

Does Levity Interiors offer expedited shipping, if needed?

We can almost always accommodate your needs for expedited shipping for items shipped via UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping is not available for items hand-delivered via a third party. Should you need expedited shipping, please email us at levity@levityinteriors.com immediately following your order.

Expedited shipping will be provided at an additional fee. Any additional fees for expedited shipping must be paid prior to your items shipping.

What happens if my item is stolen, lost or damaged in transit?

We are not responsible for stolen or lost items. If an item is stolen or lost, you will need to file a claim with the carrier (e.g., UPS or USPS).

With many of our items being one-of-a-kind and fragile, we understand how special and irreplaceable they are. We take the utmost care to package extremely carefully and well. In the highly unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us via email at levity@levityinteriors.com within 24 hours of receiving your item(s) with detailed photos of the exterior and interior packaging as well as photos of the damage. We will determine next steps on a case-by-case basis.

I live in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico and am unable to checkout online. How am I able to have items shipped to me?

At this time, our website does not allow checkout for items being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. If you live in any of these areas and are interested in purchasing from us, please contact us via email at levity@levityinteriors.com for a personalized shipping quote.

Does Levity Interiors coordinate the delivery of items being hand-delivered by third parties (e.g., large pieces of furniture)?

Items that are hand-delivered via third-party shippers are coordinated between the third party and the client. Levity Interiors does not hold any responsibility for these items once they are transferred to the third-party shippers. If you are interested in fully insuring items that are delivered via third-party shippers, please coordinate with them directly to do so.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Do you offer returns, exchanges or refunds?

Due to our unique and one-of-a-kind offerings, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any item for any reason. All items are final sale.

One of the most special things about our pieces is that they have all had a life prior to us. This can leave age-appropriate markings and wear that add to the charm of a piece. Please ensure you review all photos and description prior to purchase.

We make all efforts to accurately present our pieces, but please note that colors may slightly differ from how they appear on screen due to varying monitor settings.

Do you offer consignment?

We do not offer consignment. If we are interested in a piece for the storefront, we purchase outright. If you are interested in sharing items you are selling, please send photos, a description of condition and asking price to us via email at levity@levityinteriors.com.
